By working in close conjunction with Dr. Caldwell, a thorough examination will be conducted that looks at your daily nutritional habits and observes what you’re doing right, and where your diet is lacking in providing the proper fuel for your body and mind to be at its’ peak levels of function.  From there, Dr. Caldwell can help you to devise a food plan that provides a balanced, enriched diet that will help you reach your optimum health.
